A: In spite of the great advances in sports medicine, injury diagnostics and rehabilitation the epidemic of injuries leading to loss time performance injuries and/or surgery continues to increase. The Complete Athlete’s mission is to challenge and change the traditional based templates for developing athletes with a science based injury prevention and improved performance template. Our goal is to give the athlete and his or her support group the information and forum to be their own best performance coach and take more responsibility in their own development.
