Pitchers Prep & PrepU Sessions

Complete Athlete's Pitcher's Prep Off Season TrainingPitcher’s Prep and Prep-U is where the results reveal themselves.
These scheduled sessions hammer home the lessons learned in steps 1 and 2, and propel your athlete into a leadership role for him/herself, and others.

The multiple sessions here follow a logical day-to-day progression of training steps that create the finely-tuned rhythm pitchers must embrace to pitch in a rotation.

Often utilized as an off-season training program, Pitcher’s Prep develops strength, improves mechanics and mentally prepares the player for the rigors of his most-important season, the spring high school or collegiate season. Athletes undergoing the Pitcher’s Prep regimen actually maintain strength throughout the season, and report to “work” ready to perform.

No other off-season program offered in North Texas has this level of performance science behind it’s every premise. Reason enough for the Rod Dedeaux Research & Baseball Institute (RDRBI) to hand pick the Complete Athlete as a host site for it’s 2011 Study: The Effects of Personally Adaptive Joint Threshold Training.

Sounds like a lot, but this study alone is projected to debunk much of the conventional wisdom surrounding training pitchers and position players. The results will be subjected to a very high profile peer review, and will be widely reported upon and published. Participants will be noted on our web site and in the study, thus providing another opportunity for recruitment/scouting personnel to understand player’s motivations and achievements.

To register for this exciting Pitcher’s Prep Program (featuring the RDRBI Study) please fill in the form below and process as soon as possible. The Pitcher’s Prep program begins December 28, 2010 and finishes February 13, 2011.
